Payment on Delivery
Upon delivery of the ordered goods, the customer will pay the sum directly to the courier.
Payment by advance bank transfer
In the event of payment by advance bank transfer, the goods ordered by the customer will be held until proof of payment is received, which must be sent to Cereria San Giacomo sas (candele.it) by fax or email no later than 3 ( three ) business days from the date of sending the confirmation email. The ordered goods will be shipped only upon actual crediting of the amount due to Cereria San Giacomo sas (candele.it) account, which must occur within 7 ( seven ) business days from the date of acceptance of the contract. After these deadlines, the order will be automatically cancelled. The reason for the bank transfer must include the order number, order date, and name and surname of the customer who placed the order. Product availability is to be assessed only from the moment of crediting. Credit Card Payment through Braintree
By selecting the Credit Card payment method, the customer can securely pay by credit card directly on the Candele.it checkout page.
Braintree is a PayPal company.
Payment by credit card through PayPal
By selecting PayPal as the payment method, the customer will be redirected to the PayPal website where they can enter their email address and password, and be sure to check their payment details. Financial information will not be visible to Candele.it but will be managed directly by PayPal. If the order is cancelled or rejected by Candele.it, the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account. Candele.it will not be responsible for delays or failed refunds by PayPal.
